To get this deck's strategy running you’ll want to get your Natus and Flittles on the bench first turn. Depending on your matchup you can go the alternate route of also setting up a Shuppet to have access to your Bannette ex’s attack “Everlasting Darkness” that’ll item lock your opponents, which is great against matchups with heavy item counts like (Charizard ex, lost zone, Miraidon).
This deck's hidden ability is to cause your opponent's active Pokémons attack to cost two additional energies. This is made possible when your Espathra Ex is in the active spot along with the stadium card Pokémon League Headquarters.
Evolving your Pokémon or searching them out you can use items like "Capturing aroma" and "Ultra ball" to access those stage 1 Pokémons like (Espathra Ex, Xatu, Bannette Ex). Once you evolve your Natus into Xatu, your Xatu becomes a draw engine to draw into the cards you need. With its ability “Clairvoyant Sense" you'll be able to start charging your main attackers (Espathra Ex.) with the Psychic energies it’ll need to knock out those heavy HP Pokémon and draw an additional two cards when you attach energy. Quick tip: Make sure to remember that Xatu’s ability only lets you attach psychic energy to your bench Pokémon.
